Capping Machines for Aluminium caps
Semi-Automatic Capping Machine Automatic Capping machine Available in two models, a Semi-Automatic and Automatic.
For capping pilfer proof aluminium caps and plugs of all sizes, with original seal or without, with or without drip catcher.
Convenient bottle height changeover is done by adjusting the height of the bottle-holding dish.
Also, by changing some of the components of the capper head or the whole head, aluminium caps of different sizes can be employed including very small caps used for mignon bottles.
Cappers come with a two roller head assembly. Three of four roller head assemblies are also available upon request.
For the Automatic model, when the machine is switched on, the capping head rotates and the bottle holding dish is automatically raised.
For the Semi-Automatic model the bottle holding dish is raised by a manually operated lever.
