Cork Inserting Machine

Semiautomatic corker for level corks

Main features:

The semi-automatic TS 700 Corking Machine, which is in current production, can exhaust air from bottles by filling them with nitrogen. In traditional corking, the insertion of the cork increases the atmospheric pressure in the bottle with respect to the environment this increases the oxidation of wine. The creation of a vacuum or the substitution of air with nitrogen is much more preferable for the bottling of fine wines or wines to be aged.
The machine is fitted for corks with a diameter of 22 to 26 mm and a height of up to 50 mm. During corking, a four piece stainless steel clamp holds the cork and reduces its diameter to 16 mm. The machine has a cork holder with an internal mechanical mixer that correctly positions the corks.
The machine parts that move the most are supported by rotating spheres guaranteeing limited wear and long-term reliability.
Bottles up to 390 mm in height can be corked.
Corking time is 1.8 seconds per bottle.
