80L Filter Unit

Oil is poured into the opt section of the filter unit, which has a perforated base lined with a layer of cotton wool.  The oil seeps through the cotton into the lower holding tank.  The clean oil can then be drawn off into other tanks, containers or bottles.

Olive Oil Plate Filter

Portable plate and paper filter complete with a pump for olive oil.  Oil is pumped through the plate filter measuring 20cm x 20cm.  The stainless steel filter assembly is placed on three wheels to for easy manoverability. Plates are able to be steam-steralised after use and washed with detergent. Fitted with pressure control and flow regualtors on both entry and exit of the product.

The pump is made of stainless steel and has a capacity of between 110 litres and 160 litres per hour.  The filter can also be used to filter other products such as wine, fruit juice and milk.
