From olive to extra virgin olive oil....
The Spremoliva an innovative machine which is able to carry out Milling (Crushing), Mixing and Extraction of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Waste Discharge through a single cylinder/decanter. The machine needs to be set at every stage.
The Spremoliva processes approximately 8.5 kgs batches of olives at any one time. The whole working cycle lasts approximately 50 minutes. Cleaning of the machine after every batch also need to be carried out and takes a further 20 minutes.
The extracted product is of exceptional quality due to the fact that the paste is not subject to any stress or heat.
This machine is developed for oil processing only, so table olives are not recommended.
All parts in contact with olive paste are made of AISI 304 grade stainless steel. Spremoliva is a very functional and compact home extraction system.
