The Monomatic is capable of filling, corking or capping and labelling bottles.
There are 8 terminals, including loading and unloading, all of which are managed by the PLC. The machine is programmed through a touch screen (see photo 1) where various fields of data can be viewed.
Among others, these include actual hourly and quantity production. Any of the terminals can be deactivated through the easy video controls. All the programming is carried out simply and without the need for manual adjustment. The machines hourly production varies according to the shape of the bottle (see photo 2), to a maximum of 800 bottles per hour.
Filling is carried out by creating a vacuum in the bottle (see photo 3), therefore the filler with two valves and adjustable level, will fill both dense the fluid liquids in the same way, such as wine and olive oil.
MONOmatic is extremely versatile and can in fact be fitted with various types of Corker (see photo 4), including smooth caps with vacuum attachment for use pre-corking; with attachment for injecting gas; with screw caps and special caps in silicone, cork or plastic. In the case of screw caps the machine is fitted with a detachable cap dispenser, which automates the process.
Once the Corking process is complete the machine starts Capping (see photo 5) (with heat-sealing caps or aluminium).
Following this, the caps either pass through an oven or they go through rollers (see photo 6), depending on which caps have been used before the final Labelling stage.
Several types of Labellers can be fitted into the machine (see photo 7). The standard type applies front and back labels and a second roll is required. The machine can also be fitted with a third labeller to apply the DOCG neck label. A special version is available for square bottles, fitted with a linear labeller for one or two labels.
On the label itself you can also cold print the batch number using a small etching labeller.
MONOmatic is designed for companies which need to bottle high quality products of production from 10,000 - 50,000 bottles per year. MONOmatic is built entirely from AISI 304 grade Stainless Steel. All the parts in contact with the product are food grade. The machine can be fitted with Automatic-breaking wheels or on Footstands.
